Who we are

Forge Benefits is the operating brand of Forge Financial Services Inc., a health insurance brokerage serving business owners and independent contractors across the United States. When this page says "we" or "Forge," it means Forge Financial Services Inc.

Privacy policy

What we collect, and when

We only collect information you choose to give us, plus standard website analytics. Specifically:

• Newsletter signup: your email address. It goes to our email platform so we can send you the newsletter. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
• Broker of Record election form: your name, email, ZIP code, your broker choice, and your answers to the health screening questions. Those health answers are sensitive, and we treat them that way: they are used only to evaluate coverage options for your situation, they go only to our own systems, and they are never used for advertising or sold to anyone.
• On-page quizzes: some tools on this site (like the company benefits quiz) run entirely in your browser. Your answers stay on your device unless you explicitly submit them or book a call.
• Analytics: we use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to understand how people use the site — pages visited, buttons clicked, roughly where visitors come from. If you arrived through one of our partners, the link may carry a partner code so we credit the referral correctly. Analytics does not receive your name, email, or any health answer.

How we use it

To do the thing you asked for: send the newsletter, process your broker election, prepare for a scheduled call, credit the right referral partner, and improve the site. That's the list.

What we never do

• We do not sell your personal information. To anyone. Ever.
• We do not share your health answers for marketing or advertising.
• We do not send your personal information to third parties except the service providers below.

Who touches your data

Like most businesses, we run on a small set of software providers that process data on our behalf: an email platform (newsletter and client email), an automation platform and database (routing and storing form submissions), a CRM (tracking client work), and Google (analytics). Each one receives only what it needs to do its job. When you schedule a call or take our coverage questionnaire, you move to our scheduling and questionnaire tools, which operate under this same policy.

Cookies

We use cookies for analytics (see above) and to remember small preferences, like whether you have already answered the "which one are you" question on the homepage. You can block cookies in your browser; the site keeps working.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from the newsletter with one click, in any email.
• Ask what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: email info@thebenefitsforge.comand we'll handle it. State privacy laws may give you additional specific rights depending on where you live; the email above is how you exercise any of them with us.

Retention and security

We keep client records as long as we serve you, plus what insurance regulations require us to retain. Data moves over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to our systems is restricted to the people who need it to serve you.

Children

This site is for adults making benefits decisions. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Decisions based on this content are at your own risk.

Using this website does not make you a client. A client relationship starts when we agree to work together on your coverage, in writing or through an executed enrollment or broker-of-record election. The site and its content are provided as-is; we work hard to keep everything accurate, but we do not warrant that every figure or plan detail is current at the moment you read it.

Health share programs

Some options we discuss are health share programs. A health share is not insurance. Where a health share is presented, we say so plainly, and official program guidelines govern.

Changes to this page

When we change this policy, we update it here and change the date at the top. Material changes to how we handle your data will be called out plainly, not buried.
